This special event features Donnis Todd, Master Distiller at Garrison Brothers, who will guide guests through unique tastings of the distillery's renowned portfolio, including both neat pours and expertly crafted cocktails.
Each tasting will be paired with innovative wagyu dishes, showcasing new and featured creations from Uchiko’s talented chefs. The evening is not just a feast for the senses but a celebration of the artistry of pairing Japanese culinary precision with the bold flavors of Texan bourbon.

Join Acre Distilling as they celebrate the legendary Scottish poet Robbie Burns with an unforgettable Whisky & BBQ pairing experience! Firefly Grilling Co. will be serving mouthwatering BBQ bite plates fresh off their 500-gallon offset smoker, perfectly paired with specialty whiskies in all Tours & Tastings throughout the day.
This extraordinary lineup blends the rich flavors of BBQ with Acre’s handcrafted spirits:
Brisket paired with Barrel 75 – bourbon finished in a Red Rye IPA barrel
Smoked Pork Loin paired with Barrel 3708 – Single Malt finished in a Scotch Ale barrel
Dry Rub Chicken Wing paired with Texas Rye – 100 proof
Pork Beef Sausage paired with Longhair Jim Bourbon – Single Barrel Select
