Kooper Family Distillery has announced the release of a new limited expression. An 8 year old rye whiskey finished in rum barrels. These guys have mastered the art of finishing and blending, and this release is sure to keep that reputation going.

This is an 8 year old rye whiskey that has had a nice long rest in a used rum barrel. They state that this spirit has an “expansive, complex flavor profile with multiple layers of sweetness, baking spice, and nuance”.

This exclusive expression is limited to 253 bottles and is available only at the distillery beginning on Friday the 16th.
