Palo Duro is a single malt whiskey made using 100% malt from Texas. Aged 43 months in new charred oak barrels. Each year, this release has been excellent, and worth a drive to the distillery to pick up a bottle. Enjoy a few drinks and some food from the onsite restaurant as well.
