Notch Bourbon, it’s not Scotch!
Wilson Valley Mercantile is excited to announce the second “seed to sip” release. Notch Bourbon. The whole process, from planting and growing the grains, to mashing, fermenting, distilling, and aging, are all done on this family farm. This release is available to the public on January 27th. BUUUT, if your a Texas Whiskey Trail Trailblazer, you will get first dibs on this release on January 20th!
