That’s right! You cannot get more “Texas” than this! Wilson Valley Mercantile is excited to announce the release of their 3 Way Bourbon. A Bourbon where all the grain were planted, grown, harvested, mashed, and distilled all by good folks on the ranch at Wilson Valley Mercantile.
What’s even more unique is the mash bill, it consists of Corn, Oats, and Rye. An Oated bourbon, so to speak. You can get your hands on this release at the Distillery on November 18th. There will also be a steak dinner (also raised on the ranch) but you’ve got to get in touch to get on the list.
