Shire Distilling has grown too big for their little warehouse in Brookshire and needed room to grow. So they found a space right in the heart of Houston. Doors open at noon for tours, tastings, entertainment, and exclusive bottlings. Such as the Tejas Collaboration Rum Finished Rye!
