Lost Lantern, an independent bottler, is proud to announce their fall single cask collection featuring two Texas Whiskey’s.

On September 27th, Lost Lantern’s Fall Single Cask collection goes live on their website. Featured in this collection is a single cask from Balcones Distilling and, for the first time, Andalusia Whiskey Co.

The Balcones Single Cask is an unpeated single malt whiskey finished in a peated single malt cask. tasting notes include “This has notes of marzipan, charred graham crackers, s’mores, and smoke-roasted pears”.

The Andalusia Single Cask is 100% Malted barley, triple distilled in a copper pot still and then left to mature in the Texas Hill Country climate for 3 years. Tasting notes include “It has peppery oak spice and peppermint on the nose and notes of allspice and clove on the palate. Warm and refreshing, it reminds us of eating ice cream in a waffle cone on a hot day”.
